 - Building Science   We utilize advanced building science principles plus advanced mechanical systems which result in better indoor air quality, conserves energy, and creates better functionality.  Our approach begins with a brief session to teach you building science basics.  This is followed by strategic planning on how to spend your  budgeted dollars.  All of this new found knowledge leaves you in a much better position to make decisions about your home.

- Construction Coaching    NGB is one of the few contractors in the Twin Cities to offer Construction Coaching. We will guide you through your project from designing to sequencing events, from educating you about materials to giving you tips/tricks for working with specialty sub-contractors. For hard-core Do-It-Yourselfers, we can give hands-on training for most anything from framing to finish trimming and from roofing to tiling a floor. Imagine being able to Do-It-Yourself while having a professional builder cover your back at key points.

 - Project Management and Financial management   As a result of Bob’s experience as a CPA in the 1980's, we work hard to bring financial advocacy to our clients as well as offering eco-friendly options.  Our goal is not just to get you excited about the "cool features" of  a new kitchen but to see if there are benefits to spending more of your limited budget on the unseen issues hiding below the surface.  At times this prioritizing can save enough money in  lower utility bills  and  maintenance costs  to allow you to select more advanced systems …or maybe save money for furnishings.

 - Stay on the job till done   When we show up at your home to do the work that you have hired us to do, we will stay with your job till it is completed. Period. We are present to manage subcontractors and will stand behind and guarantee our work.

 - Very clean   We are very careful to create a well organized worksite with great dust management and waste control. You can expect the least amount of disruption to your daily living while your project is in process. 

- Education about your House   One of the most important  benefit  in hiring New Generation Builders is having you gain a greater understanding of the home you live in, enabling  you to make informed decisions about the best way to take care of your home.
